Brent Council has granted Kairos Community Trust planning permission to extend our move-on house at 16 Limesdale Gardens. This will enable us to add four more bedrooms and build a single-storey extension at the rear to enlarge the kitchen, dining and leisure area; plus we will be able to convert three garages into a utility area.

We thank CRASH, the building industry charity, for their continuing support and for introducing Kairos to the architects Child Graddon Lewis (CGL), whose staff have worked so hard over the past two years to prepare and draw up the plans for submission to the local authority. Special thanks go to director Simon Child, project leader and designer Sophie Hanrahan, architect Moni Rahman, associate Arun Baybars and architectural assistant Aimee Thompson. “The CGL team has shown a wonderful understanding of our residents’ needs – and they were an absolute joy to work with,” says Kairos director Mossie Lyons.
